Here at Hoosier Routes, we strive to serve the best quality cuts of meat at affordable prices. Our fresh greens are served with our made in house dressings. We hand smoke our ribs and brisket right outside our back door. Our signature and much loved tenderloins are hand breaded and made to order. We have been told many times, we have the best Broasted Chicken and double bone in chop around. To finish up your meal, we also offer our signature home made desserts to top it off.
Scott "my husband" and I had thought about putting a restaurant in our hometown for a few years. We really wanted to have a nice restaurant with great food at a reasonable price for many to come and enjoy. Our small town really needed this and we are so blessed to be able to give back to our community.
This has been a 2 year process in the making. We were very close to opening, then Covid hit. Due to our building being a bit on the small size, plus knowing we couldn't survive on carryout alone, Scott and I decided to wait until covid restrictions were lifted before we would open.
Our Chef, Tyler Weller, is one of our own. He graduated from Madison Grant in 2004. Tyler went on to seek his culinary degree and graduated from Sullivan University, KY in 2006. His entrees and signature dishes speak for themselves about his experience and expertise.
We strive to have friendly staff and a wonderful dine in experience. We try to be a place where our guest look forward to their next experience with us and cannot wait to try the next item on the menu.
